Three steps and 8 Articles for Recruiting Foreign Teachers

 

1第一阶/面试前

Stage 1/ before interview:


1.机构信息:用人单位通过PPT等文案向求职者展示机构概况。(P.S.:如需ppt模板,可联系顾勒咨询公众号客服)。

1. Institutional information: the employer presents its profile to job hunters through PPT and other copywriters. (P.S.: If you need ppt template, you can contact customer service staffs from Goal consulting official account).


2.候选人信息:通过候选人的简历及视频,充分了解候选人基本信息并提前准备面试需要考察的专业问题;如需候选人做情景面试,请提前通知候选人做准备。

2. Candidate Information: through candidates’ resume and video, you should know candidates’ basic information as much as possible and prepare some professional questions which are needed in the interview. If a situational interview is needed, please inform candidates in advance to let them prepare for this.


3.时间安排:受时差约束,面试时间尽可能安排在双方都便利的恰当时间段。

3. Time schedule: because of the time difference, the interview time should be available for both side.

4.通讯保障:确保面试所使用的软件及网络,稳定畅通。建议提前15分钟左右,做好通讯设备测试。

4. Communications security: the software and network used in the interview should be stable and smooth. To ensure that, it is recommended to test communication equipment about 15 minutes earlier.

2第二阶/面试中:

1.面试沟通技巧:关注候选人的工作经历、离职原因以及来华原因等和工作相关的专业问题,避免正面提问涉及隐私的问题。

1. Communication skills: focus on professional questions on working experience, resignation reason ; why they come to China. etc. Don’t ask any question related to their privacy.


2.教学情景设置:面试者需要候选人示例具体教学方法,场景的设置须具体化,避免宽泛。

2.Teaching setting simulating: interviewers need the candidates to show their specific teaching skills.



3第三阶/面试后:

Stage 3/after interview


1.效率Offer:面试满意,5天内完成Offer签订的黄金预定时间,避免拖延导致的人才流失。

1. Quick offer: if the employer is satisfied with the candidate, then the contract can be signed in 5 days avoiding the lost of talents.


2.紧密联系:增进到岗前的沟通互动,定期与预录用外国人保持密切联系,及时关注外国人签证材料的准备及申请进度。

2. Close flow up: promote pre-job communication, keep regular contact with the candidates and keep an close eye on the process of visa materials preparation and visa application.
